This product constitutes part of the automobile body. As demand grows ever higher for low cost and light weight automotive parts, progress is being made toward the integration of large parts that were conventionally composed of multiple parts. Hiraoka Body makes full use of cam lists and transfer presses to support complex shapes as well as manufacturing that excels at mass production.

This is a 1,200 mm wide, 120 mm deep 4-wheel drive vehicle large high tensile press product. It requires a deep understanding of moldability and great technical skill, and Hiraoka Body uses its know-how of deep drawing to mold it in a single process. We have realized high speed machining with our inter-press conveyor robot line.

These are the rear gates and side gates on the bed portion of light trucks which play a great role in the transportation of cargo. We conduct roll molding from a coil of the base material, and make these products with a production line that further integrates welding (part assembly) and shipping. The surface of the pressed products directly becomes body panels, so these products require high quality press technology.
