History

1952 Company founded on 200,000 yen of capital.
1954 Received trial order to manufacture light weight four-wheel vehicle bodies within main plant of Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. (present-day Suzuki Motor Corporation).
1955 Began assembly, painting and upholstery production of light weight four-wheel vehicles within same plant.
1963 Constructed new plant and moved head office to Higashiwakabayashi, Kamimura, Hamana-gun (present-day Higashiwakabayashi, Hamamatsu City).
1967 Capital increased to 48 million yen. Acquired land for employee owner-occupied housing.
1978 Capital increased to 80 million yen. Built Takaoka plant and installed 400 ton transfer press.
1987 Receiverd Nakata Factory (Hamamatsu City).
1990 Installed 600 ton transfer press at Nakata Plant.
1998 Moved head office to present location. Installed 1,500 ton transfer press, 800 ton tandem press and other equipment.
2003 Achieved ISO9001 Certification.
2008 Began production at new Kikugawa Plant (Kikugawa City).
2009 Expanded pressing facilities within Kikugawa Plant. Installed 2,000 ton Servo Transfer Press and 500 ton progressive press.
